It's a music composer in QuickBASIC using the standard PLAY statement. Features a few nifty tricks like copy/pasting bars, bars transposition (pitch shift,) text-based files for easy import/export, full-length background play, and a custom UI library. I will consider it an alpha until it has been properly tested, so expect random crashes and bugs. Comes with a few demo tracks and the source for everything.
